The illustration was made for the cover of books supplement of Haaretz newspaper.
The main article was all about different writers impressions from the locations described in their books. It's meant to encourage the readers to follow the writer's footsteps and visit those places.
I preferred the first option but the editor's concern was that the image is a bit vague so here is the finalist.
